Cancellation and Refund Policy
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone 'text message' and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a 10% charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the equivalent of one day parking. No refund or credit is issued for unused reservations in part or whole. Refunds are processed after checkout date. Once approved, credit processor may take 5-7 business days to credit your account.
To cancel your reservation, please log into your account and select the "My Reservations" tab and click "Cancel" next to the reservation you wish to cancel. Allow 2-3 weeks to process refunds.
